A more intimate atmosphere is offered by Piaski, and the beaches in Kąty Rybackie, Sztutowo, Stegno and Jantara are also a good choice. All of them are connected by the proximity of forests, the coastal landscape and the natural character of the Baltic Sea.

Stutthof Museum in Sztutowo
The Stutthof Museum is one of the most important memorial sites in the region, located about 12 km from Krynica Morska. On site, you can see, among m.in, the original prisoners’ barracks, the gas chamber, the crematorium, the guard tower, historical exhibitions, photographs and items belonging to the prisoners. It is an educational and reflective attraction, especially valuable for people interested in the history of Polish and World War II.
Canal of the Vistula Spit
The Vistula Spit Canal is located in the town of Nowy Świat, about 10 km from Krynica Morska. On site, you can see movable bridges, a lock, passing vessels, a viewpoint, modern port infrastructure and a panorama of the Vistula Lagoon and the Baltic Sea. It is an interesting attraction for families, cyclists, photographers and people interested in technology, navigation and modern investments.
Cormorant and Grey Heron Reserve in Kąty Rybackie
The reserve is located in Kąty Rybackie, about 15 km from Krynica Morska, surrounded by forests and the Vistula Lagoon. The biggest attraction is the viewing platform, from which you can observe bird nests, cormorant flights, the panorama of the Vistula Lagoon and the coastal forest. It is a good place for families with children, photographers, nature lovers and people looking for a quieter alternative to the beach.
Camel Hump
The Camel Hump is one of the most characteristic natural attractions in the vicinity of Krynica Morska — the hill is 49.5 m above sea level and is indicated as the highest point of the Vistula Spit and the highest permanent dune in Europe. From the top, you can see the Baltic Sea and the Vistula Lagoon at the same time, which makes this place one of the best viewpoints in the region. It is a good destination for a short hiking or cycling trip, especially for people who want to take a break from the beach and see the more natural face of the Vistula Spit.
Port in Krynica Morska
The port in Krynica Morska is located on the side of the Vistula Lagoon and is a good place for a short walk and watching boats, yachts and ships. In the season, you can take cruises on the Vistula Lagoon, to the neighboring towns m.in. Tolkmick, Frombork, or treat the port as a quieter alternative to the beach.
